If my calculated chance (by collegevine) for a school is 46%, can I be fairly optimistic that I may get in?
Not that "I'll definitely get in" but would it be safe to say that the chance is okay and I can be optimistic about the prospect of admission?

Your chances are almost as good as flipping a coin for "heads" or "tails". Now if you have a few colleges with those good odds, then you are sure to get into one of them.
