How much percentage on average we should have for MIT and Harvard?

What does your question mean?

Do you want to know what the admission rate is?

It's 3.43% for Harvard and 4.01% for MIT

Most successful admits have a 4.00/4.00 GPA, there are no 5.0 scale criteria either school use.

Your GPA is only 1 of many criteria used to determine admission. Nearly 10,000 applicants at Harvard had perfect GPAs, however, only 2000 were admitted last cycle, and about 1650 matriculated.

It also depends on which school you go to, how many ties they have with any college, and if the school participates in grade inflation. Usually, private schools don’t have grade inflation, while some public school systems have grade inflation. If you go to a school with grade inflation you should have a near-perfect GPA; no grade inflation school means you have wiggle room—all the way up to a 3.8 GPA.
