I know it can take up to a week for a document to show up as processed but I want to know a specific time frame. I got my college transcripts sent to a school and one arrived in literally 10 minutes but other one still hasn't. A friend had trouble getting that particular school to send her transcript so I was wondering after how long do you think I should reach out to the school about it?
I would only contact the school 2 weeks after you sent things in if you know you have sent them the documents and they haven't acknowledge receiving them. Every school has a slightly different policy for how they want things to be delivered, and they all have different ways of processing things. I know one college that I applied to that waited almost a week before actually downloading my application from the Common App.
Hi @Melokenzie,
The time it takes a school to process your documents depends on factors like the number of applicants total to the school and the number of app specifically from your region - so there can be wide variation. If your application materials are not processed a couple weeks before the deadline, I would reach out to the school.
Hope this helps!

I just heard back after talking to my counselor for something else. She said past two weeks you should call and check with them so you were spot on, thank you!
