When putting in hours and weeks that I spent on an activity, should I put in just what I've done? Or what I've done and expect to do? I recently started volunteering at my local library and I wont be able to volunteer enough for it to be super impressive but I plan to continue volunteering past application deadlines. Thanks!
Don't add hours that you haven't done or expect to do. Only add the hours that you have already spent on the task. It's okay if you have not many hours on it. AOs are not going to expect students to have impressive hours in all of the mentioned activities.
Don't add stuff you haven't done yet. Add whatever you have but not what you expect to do. Good luck!

I agree with @Junaid, you only want to show what you have done to date, nothing more. Otherwise that's like saying your future GPA by the time you graduate is x.xxxx vs. what it is right this minute. That's misleading.
