A Level Grades for Chancing

I am applying using Cambridge A-level grades (Achieved), my school does not provide AP/IB classes. How can I calculate my chances?

I'm pretty sure you don't need those classes to fill out the application on here. I could be wrong though.

CollegeVine currently doesn't have support for A-level grades, so you'll have to either use another resource that can convert A-level to a regular 4.0 GPA, compare your grades to what people you know got and where they got accepted, or just ignore that and apply anyways. Good luck!

If your school does GPA, you can simply input your GPA status. If your report card or something doesn't offer you that, you can calculate it yourself. For every class that is not an elective such as band or athletics, you count it as points. If you have an A, that is 4 points. B is 3, and so on. Then you simply figure the average of them all. Add the points you earned for each class, and then divide by how many classes there were. Good luck, I hoped I helped!

I do A Levels too and was wondering the same thing. I just put 4 classes and put the GPA up to approximately what I expect my grades to be, but I doubt that’s the best way to do it and it seems to give you a low score then so I’m not sure…
