Why do you think colleges are not posting their ED or EA application numbers?

Last year by this time, lot of colleges were inundated with a flood of ED and EA applications. Many like Colgate were over the moon to get so many ED apps. This year only UVA and Yale have updated us. Yale said ED applications were down 8% and UVA said ED applications were up 17% and EA was up 7%. What do you make of this? Do you think ED/EA/SCREA will go up or down? Vote your opinion? And comment below.
