Hello,
I was wondering if one can apply their application now and send their SAT scores before the deadlines.
[Regular decision- January(deadline) and Sending SAT scores in March]

Unfortunately, all colleges have both SAT and ACT deadlines for the last test you can take prior to applying RD. You have already passed the last test date of 12/5 for the SAT and 12/11 for the ACT. This is why neither testing agency has test dates in January. It's because they don't want applicants to assume they can take these tests that close to an application deadline or soon after.
At this point if you have a good test score, I suggest you submit it with your RD application, others go test-optional.
