Please how do my recommenders upload their letters of recommendation

Do they send letters specifically to the schools in question or do they just send one letter to Common app and then common app disseminates the letters?

The recommenders are prompted by the Common App to write a general letter of recommendation, one that's never specific to one certain school. For teacher recs, I think there's also an evaluation sheet that they have to fill out where they basically rank the student on several qualities, ranging from tardiness to leadership to empathy.

Once the recommenders submit their letters, you have complete control over what schools you send the letters to. You are free to pick and choose on a school-to-school basis, you can add and drop as much as you want.

Hello!

First of all, on your common app, you should go to Dashboard, and on every college you are applying to, click recommenders and FERPA. After that, you should invite your recommenders and counselor (by putting their name, mail, etc.). After this, common app will send them a mail that says that they should upload their letters of recommendation, if they already have an account, it’s just logging in and uploading it to you. If they not have an account, they have to create one, and then send you letters.

Good luck!
