Why Us Essay Advice

I would to ask if it’s a good idea to form my why us as a day in my life at this college. Basically I formed it as if it was my schedule

I would do this but explain what you are doing in the essay. Introduce it with, "let me tell you what I hope my future at "insert college name" will look like" (something along those lines, and then explain why you want this to be your day, and it seems like a great idea! This seems super unique and a great way to get your point across to admissions. Very unique! Best of luck! (if anything needs further clarification please let me know!)

I think that this would be a unique way to do a college essay but also feel like it would not answer the prompt in the way it should. There is a big chance that you might be misunderstood, and it will be tricky to try to work around this and make it work REALLY well. You would really have to incorporate an essay into this daily life schedule. I feel like you can do a similar thing but just talk yourself through the day in essay format!

I think what @sinala is trying to say is that what you are doing is a unique way to respond to the prompt, but it is possible that you could be misunderstood by the Admissions Department, and it could be easier to talk yourself through the day, but in an essay format. Does this make more sense?
