I am an international student from the Philippines. I am currently a junior and I'm aiming for MIT and Stanford. What are some interesting extracurriculars that are physics related for me to consider taking
If there are universities nearby, reach out to professors there and try to see if you can help them with academic research or with developing course curriculum. A cold email explaining who you are and the fact that you are interested in physics might go a long way. Another idea is to do physics experiments/demonstrations using whatever you can find around your home/neighborhood and to share them with others either in person or digitally through like YouTube or a blog. In general, think about how you can take what you have been doing to the next level. Good luck!
Perhaps doing well in the f=ma competition could help your case. This is a national competition, and the top 400 competitors make it to USAPhO

Try the Research Science Institute which is an extremely selective research program. That will nearly guarantee your spots into an IVY if you have good grades to assist as well.
