I (junior) recently applied to the priority deadline for UPenn Wharton's Essentials of Entrepreneurship summer program. I'm hoping to go to such a program as I want to major in entrepreneurship in college. This will look great for my resume, and greatly boost my leadership/innovation skills. I'll find out if I got in on March 1 but I don't want to wait until then only to not be accepted and have no idea where else to apply. Does anyone know of any similar programs that are somewhat selective? Preferably, the application deadline should be after March 1, in the event I get accepted to the Wharton program I will attend as its closest to my house. Even if the deadline is March 2, I can complete the application ahead of time and wait until the day of to see if I should submit it/pay the fee. I prefer programs in New Jersey/the Northeast but I'm open to looking at any in the US, thank you!
Further info: I have a 3.9 GPA, a 1380 PSAT, and many extracurriculars, definitely more than on my profile
Babson has a great entrepreneurship camp as well. https://www.babson.edu/admission/visiting-student-programs/babson-summer-study/ The due date is 3/9 so you can apply accordingly to the results from Wharton.
Georgetown's Entraprenewuership Academy is also a good one. https://summer.georgetown.edu/programs/SHS10/entrepreneurship-academy Early bird app provides a wavier to app fee, and it is due on 1/31. The final is 3/15, also giving you time for you to wait for the result from Wharton.
I hope this was helpful and may the force be with you during this whole process.
