Does my IGCSE certificate count as supplemental material?
Answered

I'm studying under the CAIE curriculum, and I did really well on my IGs. I've already applied to all my schools, but I want to upload it to my application portals. Will the certificate count as "supplemental material"? Or am I not allowed to upload it at all?

I do not believe that uploading this will have any impact applying to US Colleges on their portals. The only area I think it would be useful is that if you took the Cambridge assessment for English proficiency and received a higher score than what you may have previously submitted for your TOEFL or IELTS or DuoLingo scores.

It is possible that that one of your schools may look at your IGCSE certificate but I would research the college(s) websites to see if there is any language on their website for International Admissions or in their Admissions Portal that mention this. If they do not mention this at all, I would feel confident in leaving your application alone.

Good luck.
