What are the Best Universities I can apply for with my scores?

With a 3.58 GPA, 1520 SAT score, 4 AP classes in Physics with Good Scores in all of them, Good TOEFL score, notable ECs, and Rigorous ICSE Indian Syllabus what are some of the best Universities I can apply to where my Chances of getting in are high?

Any lower ranking public school such as UC Irvine, UCSD, University of Wisconsin, University of Georgia, University of Maryland or even UCSB. Private schools you can apply to include Emory University,Boston University, University of Miami, and Case Western Reserve.

I agree with @QueenAriee. You could also try for higher ranked schools such as Wesleyan and Vassar if you had really good extracurriculars and essays, but it won't be guaranteed that you'll be accepted.
