What are the Transcripts/Report Cards/Academic report to be Submitted to the Universities?Answered
I'm an Indian Student, my school takes 4 tests every academic year with 2 tests being internal for 50 marks and 2 tests being Semester-wise/Terminal for 100 marks (Including the Mid-term and Finals). If the University asks for 9-12th grade Academic Work/Transcripts/Report Cards what are the scores (of which Examinations?) I must be submitting?

You will need to submit a document which shows your final semester grades for each class. If your internal tests are internal in the sense that they are for practice, not counting for your final grade, then you will only need to submit your terminal exam grades.
I recommend talking to your guidance counselor - they will put your final grades into an acceptable transcript format for universities, translate it into English if necessary, and send an official copy to universities via mail or special software.
