I'm a junior graduating in May 2023 which means my admission cycle is fall 2023 right? But my application cycle is fall 2022?

Correct on all 3 counts. Your application cycle is Fall 2022 because you maybe applying Early Decision or Early Action by November 1st, 2022 for a start date of Sept 2023, after you graduate in May 2023. If you are only applying Regular Decision, then your cycle will be Winter 2023 okay?
