Admissions Advice

I did professional theater for a few years but stopped before high school, can I still list it for college admissions?
Answered

I'm currently in 9th grade, and planning on continuing doing theater in high school, but not on a professional level. This is definitely the most impressive extracurricular I've done, but I'm not sure if colleges will care considering it happened in middle school.

Put it in. Will they care? Maybe, maybe not. Doesn't matter, they probably will if it was legitimate acting. Even if they don't, can't hurt.

I don't think they ask for middle school extracurriculars. If you still want to include it, but aren't doing it in high school, you might want to write your essay about it... but that's all I can think of.

Hello,

If this isn't in high school, they wont care. All they care about is your HIGH SCHOOL career. If you do acting in high school, go ahead and put it.
