Which college am I transferring from?Answered
I don't know which college to write about in terms of the college I am transferring out of. I was enrolled in college 1, then took a class in college 2 and later, took classes at college 3. At college 3, I applied to transfer there and I got accepted. However, i was behind on payment, so I could not start taking classes as an enrolled student. College 3 happens to be an out of state school and I'm looking to matriculate into an in state school. Which college am I really transferring from--college 1 or 3?

I would really ask the in state school's admissions office about this - your situation is very specific and they would know a lot more than we would.
look at total credit hours and try basing it off that if that is equal base it off which you like better
