CS Major

For Asian males hoping to major in CS, what are some good safety colleges? Seems like CS is impacted everywhere so I have no idea which college will be a good safety.

As someone else looking into CS, I found that schools like WPI, RIT, RPI, and other tech colleges seem to be good safeties. Also, an interesting one is Lehigh (although it is more of a safety/target), they have very good merit aid for their applicants as well as a solid CS program. If you are looking for a public school, NJIT or Colorado School of Mines offer really great CS programs. Take a further look into some of these schools, and good luck with your applications!

Here's a link I found for CS schools that aren't very selective. As for the part about Asian males, I don't think your ethnicity really matters.

Hope this helps
