I am a junior who is planning on applying to Harvard would it look bad if I don't submit an Ap score I haven't taken the Ap Exam and I don't think I would do well because I am a terrible test taker and I am not good with the FRQs so would it look bad if I don't add an Ap score.
Hi, thank you for asking your question. I wouldn't worry too much as long as you are doing well in the AP class in school. There are many other factors that affect your admissions to selective schools like Harvard. Watch this livestream to learn more about admissions to selective schools.
I say don't give up. Take your time studying for your AP test, and look up studying tips. It won't hurt to try. Then, if you pass, you'll get it on your transcript, which increases your course rigor and shows colleges you work hard. Plus, AP gets you college credit, so it will be one less class you have to take if you pass.
Also, it's good that you're applying to Harvard, but you need to apply to a couple more schools in case you don't get accepted. Harvard is a bit selective. Make sure one of those schools is a safety school (you're pretty much guaranteed to get in).
Hope this helps
