In my school and Montgomery County in general you need 75 SSL hours to graduate high school, so if thirty of them or more were dedicated towards community service, could I put it on my resume. Also will colleges look at my SSL hours.
You definitely could put count your SSL hours as community service for your college applications. They would also put them on your resume. 30 hours of service is a solid amount of community service for a high school student. Hope this helps!
I would say yes. Even if the community service hours are SSL it's still community service and hours you spent helping the community!
That is just my opinion on the subject. Good luck with your resume!
