how can i see if my school options offer american sign language?

I would look at a course catalog for each of the colleges. It probably won't be on this site. However, you could also teach yourself ASL. There are a lot of good videos that I've learned from. However, if you're looking for an ASL major, I put a link below. There are filters you can put on, too. I put on filters on low selectivity for you, but you can change them.

Some schools have american sign language clubs! For example, I know Duquesne has one. I'm not sure if it's very common, but it's definitely worth searching the clubs your school offers to see if it's in there. :)

You could search the college's courses, call a counselor, call the school, or ask around on site. I would just recommend calling the school to see if they offer sign language.
