NC state admission chances (in-state)
Answered

I am going to be a Junior in about 2 months and I was wondering if my overall unweighted GPA till then was a 3.78, and an SAT score of 1400, would I have a good chance of getting into NC state as an in-state student?

Yes, you have an excellent chance to be admitted as an in state applicant.

55% of admits have a GPA or 3.75-3.99 and the 50% percentile range for SAT scores is 1290-1430, so your 1400 is probably better than 2/3rd of admits.

Keep up the good work.

The chancing simulator is very pretty accurate on collegevine. So check on them to get a baseline. Given your scores, I would guess you have a good chance of being accepted. As an in-state student, your chances will also be improved. I hope that helps!
