Yes, keep in mind that you would have to explain in your application what your leadership role entails!

Thanks. I have been volunteering at org where I teach chess. Is that also considered a leadership role ; however I have not moved up

Meaning.. there are only few kids that come tonour class and not sure how to show my progression in leadership. I hear I need to show progress .. it’s a volunteer org .. there is no senior coach or anything like that .. I could move to admin work ..would that considered progress in leadership?
