In the activities section, if the club I'm mentioning is unique to my school- should I give an incredibly brief description of what the club does? My club focuses on diversity and inclusion but that's a lot of characters so would it be professional to shorten it to "DEI" standing for diversity, equity, and inclusion?

You can talk about what it's about but don't be too specific. The most important thing is to put what role you have had in that club and organization, how you have impacted the community etc... Make it as short and precise as possible because you must be conscious that the people who see the applications will not spend much time analyzing each one of them. You have the advantage that it is not a common organization to make the most out of it.
