Do colleges see your grades on finals?
Do colleges see your grades on finals and midterms?
If so, will an 81 on the honors biology final in my freshman year, with a 91 in the class, instantly make me not look good to top20 colleges (Harvard, Stanford, MIT, Brown, Princeton, UPenn, UChicago)? All my other finals were 95s or above.

They only see your transcript, so unless your school does something really out-of-the-ordinary, only your final grade of 91 will be seen by the colleges. You are fine.

Colleges will only see (or care about) your transcript, i.e. final grades. It doesn't matter whether you got a higher or lower score on the exam.
