There is a problem with my application
I applied to universities last year, and I was an 11th-grade (junior year student) at that time; I did not know much about the application process. I applied to some universities ( including ivies), but I made that mess because I was a junior then; I regret that application. Do I need to state that I have previously applied to that college? Can I say that I have not applied previously? Will this going to affect me? I will not be able to live if this happens!

I believe the best option is to tell them you have applied before and explain after you submit your application via email to the admissions office
dw i did smth similar, I just forgot to submit the applications

But what if they didn't understand my concern and rejected my profile? If I tell them that I have not applied before, they will not know; maybe because they will see that I am not a graduate, how can I apply previously? If they knew, I would tell them that it was a mistake; my school told me I could also apply in 11th grade.
