I would say that your UNW GPA and ECs are the areas that need the most improvement. Scoring a +1500 on the SAT would help you, but it is certainly not something to stress about because the UCs are test-blind.
When it comes to improving your ECs, you should add a few activities that show your spike. Leaning into the black student affinity club and local business could also be a part of your spike. Hope this helps!

Not admissions, but in my opinion you're still looking pretty good. UCs don't take SAT/ACT scores, so don't worry about that. Keep taking AP classes and try to keep your GPA up because right now that could be the part thats hurting you. Try to get involved in a project you're passionate about. What subjects do you like? Choose those and try to find internships, research positions, etc... You can do it and good luck!!
