My daughter is applying to ~8 school and 7 of them have applications due on 11/1/2022. Syracuse, for some reason, is 1/5/2023. Are there a lot of schools that review this late? My fear is we'll need to make decisions on the 11/1 applications before Syracuse even looks at hers. But maybe my timeline is off. When generally do you need to accept at a given school?
It seems to me that you are mixing up Early Application / Early Decision with the Regular decision deadline. If you post your college list I can look it up for you. Generally, schools look for a student who is well-rounded. Good academics, extracurricular activities, and writing skills. Standards for each vary from school to school. Good luck.

No none of this is early admission. Syracuse just has a very late date I think but that's what I'm trying to confirm.
