The University I graduated from is currently on strike, so I can not be able to get my official transcript sent before the deadline date given to me by the University of Manitoba. What can I do?

In this case, you can reach out to the university's admissions office and let them know about the situation. Since applications are evaluated for a period of several months after the deadline, they could make an exception for you and review your application later. Hope this helps!
