Potential EC's for a Sophomore interested in Law, Political Science, and Journalism

Hi! I'm a Sophomore in Florida (currently doing school online) looking for potential extracurricular ideas. For some background, during my freshman year I was an intern for my counties' public library system making graphics for social media, and volunteered with a local nonprofit writing articles and making social media graphics. I am currently in the Newspaper club at my school, and might join the history club. Other than that, I have nothing planned.

I would love to do more volunteer work/ec's relating to majors I'm interested in, (law, journalism/communications, political science) but I'm not sure what type to do. If anybody has suggestions please let me know :D

You could try speech and debate, yearbook, mock trial, or STEM club for extracurriculars. As for volunteer work, you could apply for National Honor Society, Key Club, or another organization that serves the community.

Model UN, maybe literacy magazine, mock trials, and some others that I can't name off the top of my head, amnesty club maybe (?)

My school has a literary magazine that I think I can join, thanks for the idea! Unfortunately they don't have any of the other groups you mentioned :(

These are all great opportunities for students to experience.
