How to include vocational school in college application?

I'm a senior in high school and currently enrolled at my county's votech school. In my application, I listed my home high school as the current school that I will graduate from. I included my votech school under "Additional Secondary Schools". I didn't want to exclude my votech school because my transcript shows my courses being taken at separate schools- both my home school and my votech school. Is there another way to enter this information or has anybody else had a similar experience? (I'm hesitant to submit the info as is because my votech school does not provide it's own transcripts, which some colleges will request from an additional secondary school)

You can ask for a recommendation letter from your vocational school and that can boost your application.
