Try looking up virtual citizen science opportunities. https://www.zooniverse.org/ has a lot of good virtual opportunities, like helping identify galaxies, if that's what you're interested in. I personally have participated in several identifying wildlife projects on there, and it also counts towards volunteer hours if that's something your school requires.
