How do I know if my fee waiver was approved?Answered
If I submitted a fee waiver, will I receive an email confirmation,will my counselor receive one or would I know only after trying to submit my completed application, should I contact the universities I applied to? It's been more than three weeks and I haven't received anything at all.

I assume that you used the Common App. If your counselor has requested a fee waiver for you, you will have to submit your application first. After submission, the particular school will give you login details to check if you have any outstanding requirements. If the fee waiver wasn't approved, it will appear as an outstanding requirement on your application status page.
In summary, you will have to submit your application first to know if your fee waiver has been approved.
