Class of 2027 ED1 for Boston College creeps up to 30% from 27% last cycle

Boston College received 2928 applications for (ED1) and accepted 878 which is a 30% acceptance rate. The last 2 cycles were like this: BOSTON COLLEGE - ED 27% (800/2940) vs Class of 2025 ED 39% (1280/3248) 75 Questbridge

So the trend is that Tier 2 colleges which are like T25-T50 schools are having mixed results this cycle. This is a combination of enrollment levels dropping across the board and a higher degree of demand for T25 schools which include Ivies, Elites, and Top Liberal arts colleges. It look like they are trying to get their yield rate up by accepting 78 more students this cycle.
