When it says to apply test optional do I add my act scores

No. When you select apply Test Optional that means you are NOT submitting either an ACT or SAT score.

If you want to submit an ACT score, then you click on the selection that you are submitting a test score. And it you will submit the date(s) you took the ACT and the 4 individual scores that make up the composite score. There are other questions like how many more times are you expecting to take the ACT.
