ED 2 to BU!

Hi everyone! So I decided to ED 2 to BU, and i was kind of nervous about it. I definitely have all the numbers for the school (3.94 UW, 4.32 W, 1550, 34) but I also feel like these days numbers aren't meaning as much as they used to. I've done a ton of extracurriculars that i wont list obvy but just for starters my first activity is founding a nonprofit tutoring organization for my community. I really tried to show how I wanted to engage with BU's student government and went into specifics about my passion for surgery starting in biology with a UROP. I just dont rlly know how effective ED2 is and if I'll be able to get in. Its pretty much my dream school after UPenn. What do you guys think?

I just wanted to know if y'all think the college admissions process favors me even with my numbers. I'm ED2ing to the school, so i was just nervous
