Should I submit my SAT score or 3 AP scores to NYU

Hi,

So I was going through the NYU application and was trying to decide whether to turn in an SAT score or 3 different AP scores. I got a 1350 on my SAT, but I got a 5 on my AP Spanish Literature exam, a 4 on my AP U.S. History exam, and a 2 on my AP Environmental exam. What is my best option??

A 1350 is really good, so you should put that. A 1350 score is the top ten percent on the SAT's.

That is a good SAT score but if u don't want it to be defining your application then switching to test-optional will make the admission officers put more weight on other academic areas like ur essay. I would recommend adding AP scores if they were a 4 or 5 and in particular, if they relate to your major in any way you could be able to drop a 101 class

SAT if you're a hooked applicant, otherwise test-optional.

I would submit the 5 and 4 AP scores, but apply SAT test optional and leave out the AP environmental score. I think the best way for you to check would be to play around with CollegeVine's chancing and see which choice would give you the best acceptance rate. Good luck!

I wouldn't submit 1350 to NYU nor would I submit all three AP scores 5,4,2. Go test optional.
