If you do not go to a school in the United States can you take honor classes?

Since I currently live in a country which is not the United States is it possible to take honour classes? And if not would that affect the desition taking from the university?

You can only take honor-level classes if your high school offers them.

I would imagine that you can see your options when choosing courses and creating your schedule. Colleges definitely consider what your high school has or doesn't have for all students, like AP classes and the IB program, a weighted GPA system, etc. You don't need to worry about it if it's not possible for you to have on your resume.
