Should I join NSHSS?
I received a letter for it, and an email but the fee is $90. I also heard its not recognized by colleges but others are telling me it is. Should I join?

I had a similar question a few weeks ago when I got an invitation in the mail. What I gathered is that the $90 fee isn't worth it-- NSHSS isn't prestigious like NHS is, colleges don't really care about it, and it's too expensive for what if gives you. So from what people told me, I'd say joining won't really benefit you in any way. People also suggested joining NHS (National Honor Society) instead, so you could look into joining that if your school has a chapter (mine doesn't).
Of course, joining is up to you, but from what other people have told me, I wouldn't recommend it.
Hi, I would not join NSHSS, it's scam. The real deal is National Honor Society. Definitely try to look if your school offers NHS because the club could help enhance your resume when applying to colleges :)
