Extracurricular Ideas for Education Policy

Im a Junior and I’m not 100% sure what I want to go into, but right now I’m interested in education policy or just government in general. I already volunteer with some educational organizations for students in other countries, and am working on getting an internship within my county/at a government office. BUT my top school is Harvard and I want to go as in-depth as I can and really make an impact; any advice on additional activities I could pursue?
