Transfer applicant | AP
Answered

I am currently a high school senior soon will be graduating from school. I am planning for appearing for AP test. Would it be a benefit for me if I am applying to US universities as a transfer applicant for sophomore year?

Hi @subhamxyz!

Just to confirm, are you an international student? You don't necessarily need AP tests for admission to a US university if your school doesn't provide AP classes. If that's the reason why you want to apply as a transfer, you might as well apply now. You can still get admitted for Spring 2024.

In general, AP tests will help you earn college credit if you get the required score.

Hope this helps!
