Which tier do I rank my EC on?
I've been dancing for about 7 years, but it's always just been in school. My achievements so far are basically 2 distinctions in a bi annual contest that's part of an arts festival.Getting a distinction is very hard, however, it is a group effort/dance, and it's not an exclusive award, meaning multiple schools get it. I'm expecting to get one more distinction this year. Every school eligible in the country participates, but I live in Singapore, which is a tiny country.
Which tier can I rank this on?

If you distinctions were awarded to you personally, I would rank your activity as Non-Art Competitions Tier 2b because it would mean that you won a state level individual award. Hope this helps!
You can list it as Non-Art Competitions Tier 3a : "I was part of a team that reached the state level competition in this activity in a competitive process". This will mostly fit your description for the bi-annual competitions and distinctions
