Job Shadows in Applications
Answered

Hi everyone! I was wondering how significant job shadows are to your application. They can vary in length, so I'm guessing there's some wiggle room. Do colleges care about them when looking at your application, and if so, what length is good? I didn't see a job shadow listed as one of the chancing simulator options. Thanks!

Job shadows are actually very much important for your application. It actually describes that a person is interested and keen in pursuing his/her career. Moreover, it also describes that students are focusing on the jobs of people around them. According to Top Resume Canada, its actually a very good point. It will be added in your resumes when you will apply for a job in future, and that will be a plus point.
