Please because I'm confused what should I take if the school does not offer an undergraduate engineering program.
Does the college have a Biochem minor? If it does, you should do that. If not, I would recommend a biology, chemistry, or double major with both. I would also recommend taking a lot of math classes and any engineering electives or extracurriculars that the college offers. Good luck!
You should also consider LACs with engineering programs/partnerships! Some let you do your undergrad at the school and spend 1 year at a university with an engineering school (usually your junior year), and then you finish up your engineering degree the year after you graduate from the LAC: https://blog.collegevine.com/top-liberal-arts-colleges-with-engineering-programs/
