Should I Apply ED to Amherst next year?

Amherst College is probably my dream school. Its Early Decision acceptance rate is in the 20's compared to a single digit Regular Decision acceptance rate. Am I actually more likely to get in with Early Decision or is it just another case of extremely qualified ED applicants? CollegeVine says it will boost me about 7% but it's sometimes a bit imprecise with this kind of thing and I was hoping to get some opinions on if ED to Amherst actually helps admissions chances.

Usually, the percentages for regular decisions are a but lower since the people that don't get in through ED re-apply. Also, the college also has a lot of its students picked out during ED. So I would definitely recommend applying ED as it is usually a bit easier to get in.
