Including team awards in ec descriptions?

I’ve been a part of several state champion teams for track and xc, as well as the state runner up concert band. Should I include these awards, or focus more on individual accomplishments and leadership roles? These include:

XC- academic-all district, 2x varsity letter, head student volunteer coordinator for local 5k race

Track- academic-all district, 2nd place in 3200 at districts, 3x varsity letter

Band- bass drum captain during marching band (had to audition to get on drumline), percussionist in highest level ensemble at school during concert season, percussionist for the all-state orchestra

I recommend including each activity on your extracurricular list, but without mentioning the awards in each description. Then, you can list the names of the awards separately in the awards section of the Common App. Hope this helps!
