Is the pre college summer program at Syracuse considered prestigious?

I got in and am doing some courses for computer science. I just want to know if it would make me stand out to an ivy league.

I'm going to be real honest, most of the pre-college summer programs at universities aren't prestigious, even at top-tier universities. Pre-college summer programs just cost a lot of money to get in, and colleges know that. It will not make you stand out as an applicant to the Ivy League. I will be attending a pre-college summer program at Vanderbilt University, but I most likely won't even put that on my college application.

Edit: Summer programs in universities that ARE prestigious would be RSI (at MIT) & Yale Young Global Scholars (at Yale). I do not know any other, though there are probably more. Also, I wanted to mention that these programs should be opportunities for YOU, not just programs to build your application. :)
