GreatLearning Online Programming Courses (myGreatLearning)

Hello,

I am currently taking Online Programming Courses at myGreatLearning. It mentions that it is accredited. Will I be able to include this on my transcript or on my ECs? Also, are certificates nessecary?

That's a good question! There are many types of accreditation, and while any type of accreditation is beneficial, Great Learning is not accredited in a way that will allow you to add it to your high school transcript. You can, however, add your independent learning time to your EC list and your certificates to the academic honors section of the Common App. Hope this helps!
