What tier would a volunteer jury member of a teen court be?

I volunteer at my local teen court as a jury member for 6 hours a month (two 3 hr sessions). What tier would this be?

I would say somewhere in the c tier for community service

Yeah that sounds reasonable. 3b could work too, depends on how strong you think your involvement was. Just remember that the tiers are for reference only so don't get too hung up on them.
