Any extracurricular ideas for going into sports medicine or ways to boost application

I have a few but feel like I need more. I volunteer at a hospital, I am doing an internship with an orthopedic surgeon, I am student gov VP, I started a mental health club, and I intern at the university of Miami multicultural student affairs.
